Victorian petticoat from the 1880s features a ruffled hem. Made from silk fabric, it includes a hook and eye closure with a box pleat at the back, accommodating a bustle. The hem has two layers, with a 12-inch gap, and the top layer boasts two tiers of ruffles. Despite numerous tears and holes, many are small and easily repairable. The waistband is almost detached, but the hook can extend 2-3 inches. Measuring 39 inches in length, it is 12 inches at the waist. I ship on the same or next business day.
