The North Face Tech Lounge Cardigan, a men's M, model NT11865.
It's a standard item from The North Face, using special fabric developed for the outdoors, and the retail price is quite high.
It's in good condition as I've hardly worn it.
However, there are some wrinkles, which I think could be removed with an iron, but the care label says not to iron it, so I've left it as is.
The color doesn't come out accurately on my smartphone, but it's a dark olive green.
*The stuff sack that came with it when I bought it is not included.
