Was made in his studio in Montpellier, France, Claude toyed with perception by burnishing his metal just so, allowing it to catch the light and create dimension where none exists. Claude Chavent was a formidable jeweler who mastered gold, silver, steel, and iron. From his initial training, as a scientist, he kept seriousness and precision.
