Tested and working. Recording, playback, fast forward, rewind and zoom all working. Camera includes new Kestar battery and charger. Also includes tape that I tested with. (NOTE: TAPE INCLUDED SHOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. HAS SOME CREASING AT THE BEGINNING WHICH MAY CAUSE MALFUNCTION. ONLY REAL ISSUE IS THE KESTAR BATTERY POPS OUT WITH THE SLIGHTEST TOUCH. PUTTING A STRIP OF MASKING TAPE DURING USE WILL SOLVE THIS ISSUE.
Buyer will need to purchase Kestar NP-55H charger. Available on Amazon for $17.00. Also, audio and video cables NOT included. And as mentioned, new cassette recording tape(Video 8 (8mm analog tapes; $3.00 each on Ebay.
