These are lovely soft leather boots by next. Over knee or can be folded over to bellow knee. I've only worn them once . They've been in storage and there's water type marks on each boot on the upper leg area . This isn't too easy noticed when wearing them . But I've included pictures to show. Hence the price . These were expensive when new . So £15 is a good low price .
