This is a promo card of M Gengar EX, which was distributed as a limited edition during the White Mega Gengar campaign around 2014.
I have carefully stored it in a dark place since I obtained it.
The condition of the card is generally good and very clean, but this is based on my own subjective assessment.
The application ticket on the backing card has been cut off.
The upper right corner of the card appears to have a slight white spot, but it's hard to tell (see the circled area in image 3).
The back side is clean with no visible issues.
In image 5, the card appears warped because I was holding the bag with my fingers, but there is no warping of the card itself.
I will take measures to prevent folding and water damage, and will carefully ship it in a box via express delivery.
