This is a UK Mercury AMS16076 (12-inch, stereo).

Plum label with silver lettering, a complete first pressing.
A sample disc.
Cut and pressed by UK HMV.
Matrix numbers are "RFR-2" and "EFR-2". Tax code is "WT".

The jacket has only a slight faded area on the back, otherwise it's in pristine, like-new condition.

The disc is in pristine, like-new condition.
It's in a superb state of preservation, as good as it gets.
