M-43 Liner Jacket. Made with alpaca wool, providing excellent insulation. The alpaca wool is in very good condition.
Despite being a liner, it also has pockets, making it a complete jacket.
It seems many US ARMY personnel wore this on its own.
No size tag, but fits like a Medium to Large.
