This is LEGO Monster Fighters Haunted House 10228.

I purchased it new upon its release and have kept it on display in a place away from direct sunlight.
It does not include the box, but the instruction manual is included.

As it had accumulated a lot of dust, I rinsed it and inspected it before listing it.
It will be disassembled and packed into separate bags according to the parts. I have done my best to inspect it, but there may be oversights. Please forgive any additional missing or damaged parts.
I cleaned it, but I couldn't remove all the dust from the flat parts on the exterior. Please understand.
The gray parts on the exterior show discoloration due to aging. Please also understand this.
