Vintage Effanbee Patsy “Autumn” doll, style V803, from the Seasonal Series. This is a late-1990s reproduction of the classic 1930s Patsy doll. She has molded painted hair, big round eyes, and Patsy’s signature little rosebud mouth.
Height is approx. 12–13 inches. Marked Effanbee Patsy on the back of the neck. Vinyl / plastic body.
She is wearing her original leopard-print fall outfit with velvet bow & cape, beret, socks, and Mary Jane shoes. She still has her gold foil “I Am Patsy” hang tag.
Condition is very nice — clean face paint, outfit intact, light normal handling wear. Please see all photos.
