Calcite on Fossilised Clam (rare)

Calcite on Fossilised Clam found in Rucks Pit, Fort Drum, Florida. These are from an area that is now unable to be ventured as it is mined out and underwater. It is officially a hard to find collectors piece; not to mention a stunning ice breaker, should you be lucky enough to own one. This particular specimen has captured a few prominent rainbows within the blades of the calcite and stands/ displays on its own. One of my personal favorites. Questions and offers always welcome.
