This is a beautiful and substantial piece of authentic Native American jewelry, handcrafted by a Navajo artisan and purchased directly on the reservation around the Y2K era (late 1990s/early 2000s).

Sterling Silver: Features beautiful barrel-shaped 15 X10 mm Sterling silver beads that are deeply /stamped with a patterned design, referred to as Navajo Pearls or bench beads.
