This is a college sweatshirt made on a Lee body from around the 1990s.
The body is comfortable, offering the best of both cotton and polyester.
It's not too stiff, dries easily, and is easy to wear frequently.
The HILL print is likely from a college.
When I researched it, Hill College, a university in Texas, came up.
The navy body with white print is cool, but the white-framed font is also a highlight.
